Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Consultant for GIA• Gender Interactive Alliance (GIA) is seeking a qualified MEL Consultant to devise and execute an evaluation plan for our pilot digital intervention on narrative change. This project aims to design, produce, and release social media digital programs to increase trans-friendly and trans-affirming sentiment among the general Pakistani public, and to address gender-critical and anti-trans rhetoric online. These digital programs will be released across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

 

Position Details: 

Duration: 15th July 2024 - 30th April 2025 

Total Fee: PKR 1,000,000 (1 million Pakistani Rupees), payable in three tranches Key 

 

Responsibilities:

Identify key performance indicators (KP|s) and set targets Establish data collection and reporting systems Collect data on KPls and project outcomes Analyze data and identify areas for improvement Qualifications: Proven experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning specifically within social media and digital content Proficiency in using analytics tools for Instagram, Tiklok, Facebook, and YouTube Strong knowledge of sentiment analysis techniques Excellent data analysis and reporting skills Understanding of gender issues, especially transgender rights and advocacy
